Putting It on the line

A man wanted to get close to GOD, so he decided to climb MT. Everest. It took many days to get to the top, but finally he made it, and decided to reach out to GOD.
"God, to you, how many years is a million?"
There was a long pause, and then a deep voice from GOD responded " a minute"
The man was in awe, and decided to ask another question.
"God, to you, how much is a million dollars?"
Another long pause, and then a deep voice from GOD responded " a penny".
The man was now realizing he was in direct communication with GOD, and decided this was the time to put it all on the line.
"God, can I have a penny?"
This time there was no hesitation from GOD, he responded back with a thunderous, " in a minute!".
